This is late on Monday as I stayed late at work to write some on a presentation I have due for a class in a couple of weeks. Undergraduate programs are long on class lectures, long on exams where you spit out the facts you've learned.
Graduate programs are long on class presentations and group projects. Seeing as how I am nearly 60 miles from the campus where I take classes, group projects are a pain. Fortunately this project was a solo one. I think I like the undergrad programs better. Maybe just less work on my part!! HA!
I did get to work outside some this weekend, but I still have the Monday Blah's. Nothing particularly wrong--yeah, there are the usual aches and pains and I could complain about the normal things mother's and wives find to protest, but mostly I just have spring fever I suppose.
Alissa's photos of spring brightened me up, as did your comments about the sock monster moving from your house to mine. Hope he gets hungry and moves on somewhere else. I doubt that will occur because I wash entire loads of just socks sometimes. Too much temptation for a hungry sock monster.
Wonder what he looks like ? Big and fuzzy? Whit or just dirty white like all the socks at my house? Lint balls sticking to him? Or is it a she? Surely not, because a female would know what a pain laundry is and wouldn't mess it up. With that sexist remark, I think I will quit before I stir something up.

He looks like the Cookie Monster, but gray. And perhaps with some teeth, to chew some holes in the toes of the socks that DO match.
I find that Monday's aren't so blah if you stay home and enjoy the weather! ;-)
I agree with you regarding graduate vs. undergraduate classes, in the kind of work required. I did find that the one undergraduate course I took when going for my master's was a lot more work, though, than the graduate courses were.
If you ever manage to get a picture of the sock monster, be sure to post it, so I can be on the lookout in case it decides to come back!
